Wayne Torrens co-founded Micro Key in 1985. Wayne has always had a strong passion for customer service and making our solutions very intuitive. He continues to lead the technological direction of the company. Along with the Micro Key Solutions Team, he plans to continue to create cost-effective solutions for partners and potential clients that are second to none in the Alarm Industry and beyond.
Victoria Ferro is President of Micro Key Solutions, developers of monitoring automation and back-office accounting and service management solutions for the security alarm industry. With over 20 years of industry experience, she is known for her expertise in applying software solutions to streamline operations for monitoring and alarm dealer/integrator businesses. Victoria ensures that the Micro Key management team and employees are continuously growing, developing and exceeding customer needs.

Chuck Speck is a security industry veteran for over 17 years. He has worked with thousands of security alarm dealers, monitoring centers, schools, government facilities, retail companies and other organizations. From monitoring automation to accounting and service solutions - Speck is passionate about leveraging these products to ensure businesses like yours work smarter, not harder. At Micro Key Solutions, Chuck is responsible for maximizing operational performance and business development.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Joe Ligouri has served in his current role of COO/CFO since 2013. Joe is directly involved with Micro Key's economic strategy, financial forecasting and improving the company's overall performance. He also works hands-on with customers and directly with the development of our core accounting products as he uses them daily.
